Inventory reports
Inventory report
The inventory report shows stock on hand at DPD’s warehouse and is typically updated daily. If you need a different update frequency, please speak to your DPD account manager.
The report shows when it was last updated and lists, per item:
- Quantity in stock
- Quantity assigned to orders
- Quantity in damages
- Quantity in quarantine
Each row in the table is colour coded with products that are out of stock, low stock, or at a healthy level. Use quick filters to find products accordingly.
Click the Export button to create a downloadable CSV file of the inventory report.
Stock level report
The stock level report shows when it was last updated and refreshes every five minutes. Each row displays the available stock on hand at DPD’s warehouse.
Each row in the table is colour coded with products that are out of stock, low stock, or at a healthy level. Use quick filters to find products accordingly.
If Update Shopify inventory is enabled in App settings, Shopify inventory is updated automatically each time a new stock level report is received.
Click the Export button to create a downloadable CSV file of the stock level report.
