Connect to the API

Before you can begin fulfilling orders, you must first connect to the app to the DPD Logistics API on the settings page using the login details provided by DPD. To obtain the API login details, contact DPD Logistics.

Please note: DPD provides several APIs. This app supports DPD Logistics API only.

When entering the login details, select either the production or test environment.

In test mode, DPD does not physically despatch orders and Shopify orders remain unfulfilled. Certain features such as inventory visibility and tracking numbers are disabled and no charges apply to orders sent in test mode. This mode is isolated and does not affect any other fulfilment integrations you have live.

When you are ready to go live, disconnect from the API and connect again using the production environment.
