Send orders to DPD
When enabled, orders are sent to DPD for despatch. When Automatically send orders is enabled, orders are sent to DPD automatically.
Fulfil orders in Shopify
When enabled, orders will be fulfilled in Shopify.
When Fulfill orders at the time of despatch is enabled, orders are fulfilled when tracking data is received from DPD. If not enabled, orders are fulfilled right away, then updated when DPD tracking arrives.
Delay period
A delay period (in minutes) can be set before orders are sent to DPD for despatch.
Optionally, restrict this delay to a specific time window each day.
Email notifications
To receive alerts, you must provide at least one email address. The store email is used by default. To add multiple recipients, add more email addresses.
You’ll receive email notifications when:
- An order fails to send to DPD successfully, and
- A low-stock alert is triggered.
