Fulfilment rules

Fulfilment rules let you automate changes to an order when specific conditions are met.

Add a rule

To create a rule first add a condition.

For example, send an order using a two day service if it weighs less than 200 grams.

Add the condition:

• Order weight (grams)
• Less than
• 200

Add the action:

• Service code
• 11

To be notified when a rule is executed successfully, tick the Send notification option.

To add the rule click Add rule.

For more complex rules, additional conditions can be added. The rule will only execute if all conditions are met. If a condition should be one or the other, it should be added as a separate rule.

To run multiple actions if all conditions are met, additional actions can be added too.

Delete a rule

To delete a rule click Delete on the rule you wish to delete. Then confirm by clicking Delete Rule.

Reordering rules

Rules are executed in the order they appear from top to bottom. They can be rearranged to avoid any conflicts.
